Description
Botanical Insecticide
Vanguard comes with Azadirachtin contents of 1500 ppm and 10000 ppm. Because of its consistency in performance and specificity in action, Vanguard fits best in the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program.
Repeated or alternate use of Vanguard helps our fellow farmers to:
(1) Manage the insects' pressure below economic injury level
(2) Break insect resistance against chemicals
(3) Let the beneficial insects work on their own
(4) Promote the crop growth and flowering because of the crop friendly chemical properties of Vanguard
Formulation and Stability
Vanguard is formulated with the most synergistic proprietary blend of solvents, emulsifiers, stabilizing agents and carriers. This helps Vanguard to retain its natural properties and maintain stability up to its shelf life claims at ambient storage conditions. Vanguard is available in Emulsifiable Concentrate (EC) form with Azadirachtin contents of 0.15 and 1.00%.
Activity Spectrum
Active on whiteflies, aphids, jassids, hoppers, thrips, red mites, white and yellow mites, leaf rollers, caterpillars, beetles, bugs, borers, flies, weevils, gall midges, leaf folders and fungus gnats.
Guidelines for Use
Vanguard (0.15% Azadirachtin): at 4 ml formulation/liter water (this gives 6 ppm Azadirachtin in final spray solution)
Vanguard (1.00% Azadirachtin): at 2 ml formulation/liter water (this gives 20 ppm Azadirachtin in final spray solution)
First spray should be made as soon as eggs are laid and further sprays at 15 day intervals in most vegetable, cotton and other target crops.
