Jumbo Bags (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container-FIBC) is an efficient and economical way of packing powdered or granular bulk material. These Jumbo Bags are also known as Big Bags/Bulk Bags/Tote Bags, and come in various sizes & shapes according to the Quantity and Bulk Density of the material desired to be filled in. The normal capacity of FIBC varies from 500kg to 2.5tons. Various design options are available in the Jumbo Bags in different combinations, according to the customized needs of the customers of Jumbo Bags.
Capacity : The size of the bag decides the capacity of the bag. Manufacturing of any size of the bag is possible as long as it suits your needs. Regular capacity varies from 500kg to 2500kg in Size varying from W x L x H = 85 x 85 x 50cm to 106 x 106 x 230cm.
Fabric : Woven PP Fabric is commonly used. We also manufacture bags with anti-static properties. The fabric is UV stabilized so that it does not degrade under direct sunlight. All stitching is double stitched using high tenacity heavy denier PP multifilament yarn.
Filling and Discharge : The size of inlet and outlet can be varied as per customers requirement also any other modification required in filling or discharge mechanism is possible. The discharge spout is protected by either star-closure or pajama closure. The following options are available for Filling and Discharge.
Bags offered by us are attached with loops made of heavy duty webbings manufactured from High denier PP multifilament yarn or PP Monofilament tapes that help in lifting these bags easily. We offer following types of lifting loops :

Lifting Arrangement :
Bags can be lifted using loops made of heavy-duty webbings or belts made of High denier PP multifilament yarn or PP Monofilament tapes. These belts are strong and undergo stringent quality checks to ensure no accidents occur while handling these bags.
